This public summary reflects ARRIX's current service model and must be reviewed with the applicable proposal or signed service agreement. Consultation requests can be cancelled before confirmation. For subscriptions, the confirmed onboarding document or service agreement states the billing period, renewal, notice window, and effective cancellation date. For assessments, discovery, implementation, and custom software work, fees attributable to completed work, approved milestones, reserved delivery capacity, licenses, hosting, payment-provider charges, or other non-recoverable third-party costs may not be refundable. A client may request a billing correction, cancellation, or refund review by emailing info@cteck.ai with the order or proposal reference. ARRIX reviews the request, work completed, approved scope, third-party commitments, and controlling agreement before issuing a written decision. Any approved refund is returned through the original or mutually agreed payment method. Formal proposals and signed agreements control where they differ from this summary.
