Managed Detection and Response
Someone watching your systems around the clock, and acting the moment something is wrong.

How this is bought: Bought as a monthly managed service on a rolling term, with a written service schedule. Build an estimate for your case.
Coverage hours are agreed per client in the service schedule. New clients are onboarded to an agreed start date rather than switched on the same day.
These are the platforms we work with on client estates. Where a client already owns a different platform, we work with theirs - ARRIX is not tied to any one vendor.
Alerts assessed by people, not left in a queue until Monday.
Rules shaped to your systems so real threats stand out from routine noise.
Written permission for what we may isolate or disable without waking you.
Actively looking for what the alerts did not catch.
Defined times to acknowledge, triage and act, measured and reported.
We follow the structure and controls these standards describe. We do not claim to be certified against them - where you need a formal certificate, we prepare the evidence and an accredited body performs the audit.
These are the areas clients most often ask us to improve. Your project sets its own targets, measured and agreed with you.
Monitoring coverage, response times and our authority to contain are set in a written service schedule agreed with you before onboarding. The schedule states the hours covered, escalation contacts, and the limits of liability. Monitoring reduces risk; it does not remove it, and no service can promise that an incident will not occur.
